PC-ALE war der erste softwarebasierte Terminal Node Controller (TNC) für den Amateurfunkdienst, nun gibt es einen aktuellen fork "PC-ALE 2.0" von Christian, DL3HC des Repositories von Alex Pennington, AAM402/KY4OLB. Und zwar mit dem Open Source Ansatz!
HFLINK ist ein weltweites, dezentrales Netzwerk von Funkamateuren und ein internationales Kompetenzzentrum für automatische Kurzwellenverbindungen. Das System (auch bekannt als Global ALE High Frequency Network oder HFN) ist seit seiner Gründung im Jahr 2001 durchgehend aktiv (24/7/365).
Die Website: hflink.net hat ein veraltetes HTML Design, ist aber der Pool um alle gemeldeten Verbindungen zentral darzustellen. Hier die Karte aller aktiven (europäischer) Stationen.

Ich habe noch bei telegram eine EU-ALE • TG 92253 Gruppe eingerichtet, in der Hoffnung das europäische Netz zu vergrössern.
Wenn man auf dem Keypad einer DMR-Funke die Buchtstaben A-L-E tippt, gibt man die nummern 2 5 3 ein. Somit kamen Robert und ich auf die Idee inoffiziell die TG 261253 für Deutschland und die TG 92253 für Europa als DMR-Talkgroups für ALE Belange zu verwenden.
DMR kann hier wirklich seinen Vernetzungs-Trumpf ausspielen und allen Funkamateurinnen sofort miteinander ein Gespräch zum Thema ermöglichen.

Automatic Link Establishment (ALE) is a digital protocol for automatically establishing communication over HF (shortwave) radio. Radios continuously scan multiple frequencies and exchange sounding signals to determine the channel with the best propagation and reception quality. Amateur radio operators use computers and software to operate their transceivers as ALE stations. (See the Wikipedia article.)

HFLink is a worldwide, decentralized network of amateur radio operators and an international resource center for automatic HF communications. The system (also known as the Global ALE High Frequency Network, or HFN) has been operating continuously (24/7/365) since its establishment in 2001.

I have also created a Telegram group, EU-ALE • TG 92253, in the hope of expanding the European ALE community.
If you enter the letters A-L-E on the keypad of a DMR radio, they correspond to the digits 2-5-3. Robert and I therefore came up with the idea of unofficially using TG 261253 for Germany and TG 92253 for Europe as DMR talk groups dedicated to ALE-related topics.
This is where DMR can truly demonstrate its networking strengths by enabling amateur radio operators to instantly connect and discuss ALE.

Automatic Link Establishment (ALE) est un protocole numérique permettant l'établissement automatique de liaisons sur les bandes HF (ondes courtes). Les émetteurs-récepteurs balayent automatiquement plusieurs fréquences et échangent en permanence des signaux de sondage afin de déterminer le canal offrant les meilleures conditions de propagation et de réception. J'utilise actuellement ION2G+, développé par Devin Butterfield, K6DRS. Une licence personnelle, valable pour un nombre illimité d'ordinateurs, coûte 30 USD.
